Membership
The Nunavut Library Association is open to all persons serving residents of Nunavut who are interested in our work with library issues, regardless of geographic location.
Our members can be professional librarians or library technicians, library support staff, literacy workers or archivists who work in or with libraries, and interested members of the public.
We operate in an informal, consensual manner. Members volunteer their time and skills.
Nunavut Library Association is not formally registered as a society. Currently we charge no fees, do not do fundraising directly, and carry no financial obligations.
We are a proud partner in The Partnership and its Education Institute which offers our members access to national seminars and courses by teleconference and the Internet.
